During our Experiences for Companies you will discover how you can use the principles of the Special Forces in your organization. Each Experience is based on a real mission. Only by working well together, you will succeed in accomplishing it.
Afterwards, we will link the insights back to your work practice in a 'hot debrief'. What do you learn from the mission? And how do you apply that on the work floor?
A special Leader of Exercise (LDO) will tailor the day to your wishes and situation. In addition to lessons from our operators, you can extend the day with a workshop by Daan or Marike Dohmen. They have a lot of experience as directors in both scale-ups and large companies.
